Relevant information will be shared between the programme delivery partners, including Aberystwyth University/website provider and the Cwm a Mynydd project team in order to keep the food map up-to-date and relevant. As this is a EU and Welsh Government funded project, your information may be shared with Welsh Government for audit, monitoring or evaluation purposes.

Purpose of processing
The information you provide will be used to create a food map/website of local businesses in the Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent areas offering locally produced food and drink products and will enable people to see what fantastic produce and artisan producers we have on our doorstep.
Customers will be able to pre-order from producers on the map and collect from a central hub point provided by Caerphilly County Borough Council. The website will also put customers in direct contact with producers that offer home delivery, collection or farm-gate sales, ensuring that all collections and deliveries are done safely.
The processing is intended encourage people to support local businesses by buying locally. As the project is EU and Welsh Government funded, your information will be processed for audit, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We are relying on the following provisions of Data Protection to process your information:
Agreement from local producers/suppliers is required for their details to be included on the food map/website and you have the right to request that your details be removed from the food map/website at any time. However, as this is a EU and Welsh Government funded project, your information will still be processed for audit, monitoring and evaluation purposes and in order for the processing of personal data to be lawful under the General Data Protection Regulations 2016, a valid condition from Article 6 of the Regulations must be identified, which is outlined below:
